The Government has urged the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) to drastically shift to a market-based education to improve the quality of human resources.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the 2010-15 plan on universalising preschool education, which aims to ensure all five-year-old children in remote and mountainous areas have the chance to receive proper care and education.
